My experience with customer service was not great. Email responses were super slow, took days to hear back and when I did, they weren't helpful at all. Kept being told to wait for emails that never showed up, making everything take way longer than it should. Dealing with returns and warranties was also a total nightmare, making the whole experience even more frustrating.
