Unfulfilled Order Experience
So, I had a recent run-in with the customer service team at this company called Vivendum, and let me tell you, it was a real headache. I ordered something back on September 5th, and after waiting for five whole weeks, my package never showed up. I've been trying to get a refund ever since, but no luck. This guy named Kevin, who's supposed to be helping me out, has been useless and slow this whole time. I've wasted so much time on trying to fix this mess that I finally had to take it up with American Express. Long story short, I'm never buying from these guys again.
