I got a bandolier as a gift when my baby was born and I really liked it. It was cool and easy to use. But then, about a year later, one of the D rings broke. I reached out to customer service to see if they could help me. I was happy to see how good they were! They sent me a new case without charging me and they were really easy to talk to. Our emails back and forth were quick and nice. In the end, I'm super happy with the help I got and I would definitely tell others to check out this company. I'm excited to buy more stuff from them in the future.
