I recently ordered a phone case with a strap from this company, and I have to say I am quite disappointed with the overall experience. The case itself is great, but the process of actually receiving my full order was a nightmare. At first, I only got the strap and had to wait a long time for the case to arrive, which was really frustrating. It seems like this company doesn't prioritize the UK market, as they use American couriers and have issues with shipping. The replacement shipment with FedEx was basically useless in the UK, taking longer to move around the country than it did to come all the way from California to the UK. They kept saying they were doing their best, but they really need to improve their understanding of the UK market or get some help if they want to succeed here. On top of that, the case itself is nice, but it's not compatible with iPhone holders in cars and wireless charger plates, which is disappointing.

I recently bought some stuff from this company since I really like their products and how they care about the environment. But, I was kinda let down when I got three broken pumps in my last order. I emailed them twice about it, but never heard back from anyone in customer service. Luckily, I managed to buy some replacement pumps on my own. If it wasn't for the bad customer service, I would've rated them higher.
