Oh my goodness, this company is just awful! I bought a Halloween costume that was all messed up. I sent it back, and they said they'd give me my money back, but my bank hasn't seen anything. They're refusing to give me a refund at all. I'm going to have to take legal action against them.

I just bought a Ring Gen. 2 motion sensor from an online store. It was on sale and came pretty fast, which was nice. The sensor connected easily to my Ring hub without any problems, but I was bummed to see that the mounting stuff, like screws and wall anchors, were missing from the package. I usually get those with my orders, so it caught me off guard. Thankfully, it wasn't a big deal for me since I had some spare mounting stuff already.
