It was my first time having someone look after my pets while I was away, and it was a bit strange at the beginning. But my sitter, we'll call her Ana, was really friendly and my usually nervous cat actually took a liking to her. She seemed to have a special connection with cats or something. It was great because I could go on vacation without worrying about my pets.

I was totally let down by my experience at The Pro's Closet. I was so pumped to sell my fancy gravel bike with a sweet custom paint job, but it ended up being a total disaster. They turned down my $12,000 bike because they said they couldn't check it out properly, and just said they weren't interested. Like, seriously? How can they call themselves pros when they can't even do a basic inspection? I'd have better luck selling on eBay than dealing with these inexperienced folks.
