If you're looking for a company that uses pushy sales techniques and then vanishes when you actually need help, then you're in the right place! I bought a lumbar support pillow and suddenly started getting tons of emails and calls pressuring me to buy more stuff. But when I wanted to stop getting shipments, I couldn't find anyone to talk to. They didn't even include any contact info with the pillow. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company.

As someone who loves food, I was really disappointed with the mixed nuts and gourmet cheese sampler I bought. The nuts were stale and didn't taste very good, and the cheese was bland and artificial. It's too bad how this company that used to have a good reputation has let the quality of their products go downhill like this.
