Underwear purchase
I've been using this underwear service for a few years now and it has never let me down. I love the convenience of getting my boxers delivered right to my mailbox, it's so awesome. The packaging is always so fun to open, with new themes and designs available each month. And I really like that they keep certain designs around for a few months just in case you missed out on the limited edition the first time. I haven't had to deal with customer service because their website makes size exchanges super easy. Just send back the underwear you don't want with a note asking for the right size. I haven't had any problems with refunds or exchanges, but I can see how the different pricing for styles might confuse some customers. I like that I can skip a month and come back, which I've done a few times, but I always end up returning for a specific design. My tip is to watch for emails at the start or end of the month to avoid any surprise charges. Overall, I'm really happy with this service and would totally recommend it to others.
