I bought a suitcase from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, I was not impressed with the quality at all. I paid a pretty penny for it, but what I got was not worth it. Even though they have this whole "100 day worry free" return policy, they wouldn't take it back when I tried to return it brand new in the box. It really rubbed me the wrong way and I won't be buying anything from them again.
