I was pretty let down by my recent holster replacement purchase. Even after sending back the original one that didn't fit my gun, the replacement they sent still didn't do the trick. It's like they didn't even try to fix the problem. The customer service folks blamed it on being swamped with Christmas orders, so I ended up waiting days for them to even look into my issue. The whole situation left me feeling annoyed and disappointed with the whole buying experience. If you want things sorted out fast, I'd suggest checking out other brands.
