Rainier Arms says they have top-notch guns and gear, but my experience was pretty lousy. Trying to order an AR-15 was a real headache, 'cause their website kept crashing and customer service took forever to respond. Finally got my order in, but the service was just okay. The price was high for what I got, and it took way longer than I thought to get my delivery. Overall, I was let down by Rainier Arms and won't be shopping with them again.
