Just wanted to share my recent experience with this company - I bought a dress and I am really not happy with the service. I paid extra for expedited shipping to make sure it would arrive on time for a special event, but it hasn't even been shipped yet according to my order status. The customer service reps haven't been very helpful and were even a bit rude when I asked for help. I feel like they haven't been honest about their expedited shipping promises and I'm thinking of asking my credit card company for a refund. Just a heads up for others - maybe think twice before buying anything from this company.
