My recent experience at Our Place was amazing. I bought a dream cook pot, but it came broken. I called customer service right away and they told me to send back the broken one. I was happy when they quickly sent me a new cook pot to replace it. The fast fix and great customer service really impressed me. I'm grateful for the care and attention to detail from the Our Place team.
