Annual subscription renewal
I just renewed my yearly subscription with this service, but then, a week later, my access was suddenly gone. It was so annoying, especially since I had already paid for another 12 months not too long ago. When I tried to get help, all I got was an automated message telling me to check their website, which didn't solve my problem at all. It seems like Winzip is trying to avoid customers reaching out to them, and that's not cool. To be honest, I'm really let down by Winzip's customer service.
