Defective table
I'm really frustrated with the lousy customer service I got from this company. When my table showed up all messed up, they basically brushed me off with a tiny $100 refund for a $3500 purchase - like, seriously? It's just not right for a company charging top dollar to be so unprofessional and unresponsive when customers have problems. And not being able to talk to a real person on the phone just makes it worse. Waiting forever for email replies that aren't even helpful is just the cherry on top of this whole mess.
