So, I had this problem with a necklace my sons got me for Mother's Day, it was faulty. But, the customer service folks were super helpful. They gave me the choice to either get another necklace or some extra stuff with my next order. I went for the replacement and it came in just a few days later. Such a relief!

I was so pumped to receive my book from ThriftBooks, but when it showed up, it turned out to be the wrong one! And to make matters worse, the book was in terrible condition. I was bummed because I usually enjoy shopping here, but this time was a total disappointment, eh.
