The shoes I bought were kind of pricey for me, but I just had to have them because they look so sleek and feel so fancy. No lie, they're the comfiest sneakers I've ever had. You can totally see the craftsmanship details and I really like the cool materials they used. These shoes are totally worth it if you want style and comfort all in one.

Buying from this company was a complete nightmare. The shoes were much smaller than the size they said they were, and the customer service was just awful. They didn't mention the extra duty charges for UK delivery, and when I tried to return the shoes, it was a disaster. I sent them back on June 16th and now it's July 10th, and I'm still waiting for my refund because the shoes are stuck in customs in Italy. And now, I have to deal with a ridiculous duty charge from FedEx. It's just not right.

I was really let down by my experience at your store. I paid extra for morning delivery for Valentine's flowers, but by 3pm, there was still no sign of my order. After trying multiple times to call your store with no success, I finally got through to someone who told me my order was assigned to a driver but not out for delivery yet. I was surprised when she said they couldn't guarantee a morning delivery, even though I paid extra for it. This seems like false advertising to me. I won't be using your services again and I suggest others look for more reliable and professional florists in London to spend their money on.
