Hey, so I rented a car and it was decent. But let me tell you about this one time in Valencia with Firefly car rental. Scam alert! They tried to charge us extra for things that didn't even exist. We asked for a refund and they were like nope, talk to the rental company. Like, seriously? Complete crooks, eh.
