I ordered a pair of runners online from this store, and when my package was delivered, I was excited to try them on. However, when I checked my property, the package was missing. I contacted SportingLife about this issue, hoping they would help me resolve it, but they simply took a "too bad" stance and I was left out $190 with no runners to show for it. I have never experienced a missing package before, and I was surprised by SportingLife's lack of customer service in this situation. Many companies would offer a refund or replacement in this scenario, especially with shipping insurance in place. I will definitely not be shopping with them again, and I regret my decision to order online from this store.
