My recent experience with the airline was really good. I ended up missing my connecting flight and had to rebook, but the airline staff were super helpful and got me set up with disability assistance to make things easier for me. It was a huge relief to have that extra support when things were so stressful. And then, during the flight, the flight attendants went out of their way by asking another passenger to switch seats so I could have more room. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness and willingness to help me out. Overall, the service was top-notch as usual, and the flight was on time, so it turned out to be a really positive travel experience.
