Oh man, what a bummer! I was so excited to celebrate a special day with someone special, but it all got messed up because this company didn't deliver what they promised. I tried to get some help, asked for a refund or at least some kind of answer, but got no response at all. It's really annoying to see how little they seem to care about their customers. I really hope they step up their game and get better at communicating and actually following through in the future.
