I tried calling customer service to fix a mistake in my order, but I couldn't get through to a real person in the chat. Finally, I got an email saying they couldn't help with the problem. The customer service is terrible. It's obvious they don't even make an effort to pretend to care. No wonder their shops are shutting down, they really are awful.
