Aletha Wintheiser

I bought this toy, but it wouldn't stay charged for more than a few minutes. I decided to contact customer service for some help. I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how fast they got back to me and how well they dealt with my problem. They gave me some stuff to try, but it didn't work, so they sent me a new toy right away. I was really pleased with the help I got and just wanted to shout out the great customer service team for being so awesome. Thanks a bunch!
