DNA testing kit
I just bought a DNA testing kit from this company and man, let me tell you, it was so frustrating. I got an email saying my kit was registered, but when I went on the website, it said it wasn't. So I tried to register it again, but then it said it was already registered. I tried emailing customer service a bunch of times, but all I got back were generic responses that didn't even help. The lack of communication and incompetence really got on my nerves, I was so fed up with the whole thing. I've used other DNA testing companies before and never had this kind of disaster of an experience.
