My experience with the customer service rep Trisha at this store was amazing. She was quick, polite, and really good at explaining things. Trisha made sure to keep me updated on any changes with the item I was asking about. Her personal approach made the customer service feel more human, especially compared to automated messages. You could tell Trisha really cared about giving top-notch service the whole time we talked.
