I was so bummed when I got home and saw my package just chilling outside where anyone could snag it. I called up Merit's customer service right away to let them know what's up, but they basically shrugged it off and said it wasn't their issue. And get this – all they offered was a measly 10% off my next buy like that would make everything better. No way am I giving them any more of my cash in the future. Disappointing, eh?
