I was really impressed with the customer service I got at The Perfect Rug. They were so nice and even gave me a free sample of a rug, which really helped me choose. The sample was really good quality and let me see the color and texture up close. Sadly, the color didn't quite fit in my room, but I'm glad I didn't buy a rug that wouldn't have worked. All in all, I was happy with my visit and would definitely suggest The Perfect Rug to other people.
