So, I bought this really cool Italian handmade vase from Artemest, and let me tell you, the quality was next level! But man, did I go through some stuff with the supplier - delays on delays, damaged packages, you name it. Thankfully, Simona, the rep I dealt with, was a total pro. She kept me in the loop the whole time and made sure I got my vase in one piece. Even with all the bumps in the road, I gotta give it to Artemest for going that extra mile to make things right.
