I just wanted to share my experience with this company's awesome customer service. I lost a key part to one of my products and when I contacted them to buy a replacement, they actually offered to send me one for free. Even though it was totally my fault. The communication was great and the whole process was super easy and satisfying. I definitely recommend this company for their top-notch customer service and commitment to making customers happy.
