The website was super slow, eh? I was almost ready to say forget it to my order. It was taking forever to confirm and I was getting pretty frustrated, I tell ya. Then the next day, I got an email saying my order was still in my basket, can you believe it? Tried again but no luck. Ended up giving customer service a ring, and can I just say they fixed it up real quick. Big shoutout to those awesome reps who saved the day, eh?
