Power bank purchase
I just bought a power bank from this website, but the whole experience was disappointing. When I tried to get help, the chat wasn't working and there were no downloads to help. I tried contacting customer service a few times, but they never got back to me. It's sad to see a good support and product site go downhill because of bad business management.
