I was so happy with the sustainable denim I got from this brand. The jeans fit great and were super comfy. The quality and style really stood out to me. It's awesome to know that my purchase was made ethically and with the environment in mind. I love that this brand is all about sustainability without sacrificing style. I bought an e-gift card for my daughter, but when she tried to use it, the balance disappeared mysteriously before she could finish her order. I emailed customer service, but they replied dismissively and said they couldn't see any orders on the card. So I decided to call instead, and the representative I talked to seemed tired and not really interested. They promised to call me back, but they never did. It's been a week, my daughter still hasn't gotten her order, and I'm out of money. It's pretty clear that this company doesn't really care about its customers, and it's really disappointing.
