My dad's account got charged for auto-renewal without permission, eh! When I tried calling them, I couldn't get through without an account number, so I had to email them, eh. No surprise, they didn't reply (big shocker). My dad has dementia, eh, and he definitely didn't say yes to this charge, eh. Gotta sort it out with the bank now, eh.

I suggest you steer clear of this place if you want to keep your sanity intact! The service was just terrible, the staff were so rude, and the prices were way too high for what we got. The service was slow and totally unprofessional. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone who wants a nice stay in Istanbul.
