Unresolved Refund Dispute
I'm so fed up with the lack of response and solution from this company. Two years ago, I made an order that I never got. I've sent them so many emails, but they won't give me my money back. I even went on social media to post pictures of what happened, hoping to show everyone how bad their business is. But nope, still nothing. This customer service is just not okay.

Delayed delivery jeans
So, I bought a pair of jeans from this company back on November 19th. But you won't believe what happened - my package went all the way to the UK, even though I'm here in Asia! It's been such a hassle and now I'm waiting forever to get my order. I was really looking forward to rocking those jeans on my upcoming holiday trip, but now I'm not sure if they'll even arrive in time. This whole situation has been a huge letdown and it's really put a damper on my whole shopping experience.
