Tutor application experience
I just applied to be a tutor with this company and let me tell you, the bad reviews were spot on. The whole process was a headache and confusing. It felt like they cared more about their own schedule than ours. The lack of clear qualifications was annoying and it's obvious they care more about money than they do about their tutors.
