Jacket
So, I bought this jacket not too long ago from the store and man, I gotta say I was really let down by the quality. After just a few months of wearing it, the fabric started pilling and it looked all worn out. I reached out to customer service and sent them some pics of the issue, but I was totally shocked by their response saying pilling is normal. Not the answer I hoped for and it left me feeling pretty disappointed with my purchase. Ended up having to say goodbye to the jacket because it was far from the high-quality piece I thought I was getting.
