Express shipping disappointment
So, I bought some stuff online recently and paid for express shipping, hoping to get it in 1 to 2 days. But turns out my order hadn't even been sent yet! I reached out to customer service through their chat to see what was up. They told me that the 1 to 2 day shipping timeline starts once they actually ship it, not from when I bought it. I explained that I needed it for a trip and asked if I could cancel, but no luck. I was pretty let down and frustrated by the whole situation. I've decided I won't be shopping with them again, since I don't wanna deal with this kind of thing again. My time and money are too important to risk another letdown like this.
