I ordered my contact lenses and at first, I was kinda worried because nothing happened for a week after my order was confirmed. I decided to talk to someone from customer service, and she was so nice! She told me it would take 2-3 weeks, but guess what? My lenses arrived in just a few days! I was super happy!

I just bought some software stuff and I gotta say, the products are okay. But man, the way they sell and deal with customers at that place is just terrible. I feel like I got tricked into buying stuff, only for it to feel outdated as soon as the new version comes out. All those ads constantly hitting me up to upgrade are super annoying. It's like they don't give a damn about us regular customers, just wanna milk us for every cent.
