Zatchels - Reviews and experiences

So I ordered this bag online, eh, and they told me it would come in 10 days. Then I got an email saying it was gonna be delayed, which was fine, you know. But then I didn't hear anything after that, eh! I sent two emails asking for an update but didn't get a reply. Like, what's going on, eh? But then the managing director reached out to me and made sure I got my bag ASAP, so thanks to Brian, eh! If the bag had come before Christmas, it would have been perfect, eh, but oh well. I still think this company is alright, I guess.

I spotted this really cool limited edition leather bag in the shop window, but it was closed at the time. I sent a message on Saturday, and by Wednesday I had the bag in my hands. So excited to have snagged one of only eight! The communication was great and the bag is amazing quality. I highly recommend supporting UK businesses like this one!
