Zagg - Reviews and experiences

I just got a new phone screen protector from a local store, and the staff there convinced me to go with this one from ZAGG because they said it was super durable and had a good warranty. It was a bit more expensive than I wanted, but I figured it was worth it for the quality and peace of mind. The staff person even helped me put it on properly. But now I'm pretty disappointed because the screen cracked after just a few weeks, even though I was careful with my phone. I contacted ZAGG right away, but they said the item was out of stock and would let me know when it was available. I followed all the instructions to register the product, but still haven't received a replacement. And those constant emails from ZAGG with deals on the protector just made me more frustrated. I contacted the store where I bought it, and they reached out to ZAGG for me, but I'm still waiting for a replacement. Overall, my experience with the product and customer service from ZAGG has been pretty disappointing, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

I just got a screen protector for my S24 ULTRA and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how good it is. Verizon did a great job with the installation - smooth sailing all the way. And the lifetime warranty that came with it is a nice bonus. I'm really happy with the quality of the product and I can't wait to start using it.

I ordered a screen protector and it took so long to arrive! I mean, seriously, it's just a little screen protector, not a spaceship or anything. Two to three weeks to ship it out? Like, come on. I finally got an email today saying it's on its way. Ugh, took them long enough.
