Zagg - Reviews and experiences

I bought a screen protector for my Samsung phone from this company, thinking it would be better quality than what I could find elsewhere online. But, to my disappointment, the screen protector broke after only one day of use, without even dropping my phone. I was hoping for better durability, especially for the price I paid. In the end, I was not happy with the product and would not suggest it to others.

I bought a screen protector for my iPhone 15 at this store, and after only a month, the screen cracked. I got a warranty with it, but when I went back to the shop to get it fixed, they wanted to charge me way more than what I paid for the screen. It was really disappointing, to be honest.

I contacted ZAGG right away, but they said the item was out of stock and would let me know when it was available. I followed all the instructions to register the product, but still haven't received a replacement. And those constant emails from ZAGG with deals on the protector just made me more frustrated. I contacted the store where I bought it, and they reached out to ZAGG for me, but I'm still waiting for a replacement. Overall, my experience with the product and customer service from ZAGG has been pretty disappointing, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

I just got a screen protector for my S24 ULTRA and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how good it is. Verizon did a great job with the installation - smooth sailing all the way. And the lifetime warranty that came with it is a nice bonus. I'm really happy with the quality of the product and I can't wait to start using it.

I ordered a screen protector and it took so long to arrive! I mean, seriously, it's just a little screen protector, not a spaceship or anything. Two to three weeks to ship it out? Like, come on. I finally got an email today saying it's on its way. Ugh, took them long enough.
