App & PortalI bought a new screen protector to replace the ones that broke so fast, but then my account got deleted out of nowhere during a website update. So now I have to go through the whole process of signing up again and doing the warranty thing all over. And on top of that, I can't even find the receipt I need to re-register. It's just so sketchy and not cool at all. Dealing with customer service was a total nightmare. I can't believe that well-known stores sell these kinds of products.
