I recently bought a glass screen protector for my phone from this company. I accidentally dropped my phone, and the screen protector did a great job of keeping my phone's screen safe. But when I contacted the company to get a replacement under the lifetime warranty, I was bummed out by the extra costs. Turns out the 'free' replacement wasn't really free, since I had to cover the postage and pay for an 'upgrade' because my original product was out of stock. It was disappointing to learn that the lifetime warranty wasn't as simple as it sounded, and the whole ordeal left me feeling deceived and unsatisfied. I'd advise others not to rely too much on this company's warranty promises.

It's sad to see that the warranty I paid for didn't give me the service and quality I expected from Zagg.

Overall, my experience with the product and customer service from ZAGG has been pretty disappointing, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
