I had a really bad experience with my order from that company. I placed my order but never got it, and when I asked for help, they weren't very helpful and kinda brushed me off. The customer service was really lacking, and it just made me feel annoyed and unhappy with the whole thing.

I usually like shopping at this online store because they have affordable and stylish clothes. But my last order wasn't that great. When I got my package, I realized that one of the things I ordered was missing. I contacted customer service to let them know, but they weren't very helpful. Their response asking if the package had even made it to my place was not cool and didn't solve the problem. It was disappointing not to get the help I needed.

So, I goofed up and ordered the wrong size for the shoes I wanted. When I tried to return them and get the right size, turns out they were all out of stock. Bummer, right? But listen, this guy named Hossam totally saved the day with his amazing customer service skills. He was super quick to reply and let me know I'd be getting a full refund in 7-14 days.

Originally, I was planning on sending the shoes back, but Hossam suggested donating them to charity instead. What a great idea! I really appreciate the support and service I got throughout this whole situation. Such a good experience overall.

I am so frustrated with this company. I ordered two tops and a dress, but I haven't gotten anything yet. The customer service has been awful. They haven't helped me find my missing items, and my ZAFUL account looks like it was cleared with no explanation or help in getting it back. It's like they restarted everything and I'm left in the dark. I won't be ordering from them again, that's for sure.
