Zaful - Reviews and experiences

I'm really upset about my experience with this company. I ordered something weeks ago and it's still not here. The website promised it would only take 3-7 working days to process, but it's been 5 weeks and nothing has shown up. I tried contacting customer support, but they weren't helpful. No tracking info, no updates, just silence. They already have my money, but I have nothing in hand. This is not okay.

I'm so frustrated with this company, it's honestly disappointing. It feels like they're just out to let people down. I ordered something and hoped to get it soon, but the delivery never showed up. Their customer service is a joke - those automated replies got me nowhere. They made all these promises they couldn't keep, and now it seems like it was all a scam. Do yourself a favor and go shopping somewhere else - there are way better choices out there. Zaful should feel ashamed of themselves, they're a total disgrace!

My recent experience with package delivery was not great. The ordering process was fine, but the 3rd party delivery company did a bad job. They left the package in a 'SAFE' spot and it got stolen fast. This makes the delivery folks look bad. Customer service didn't help much when I told them what happened - they just said the package was delivered. It's not good to see them not caring about customer satisfaction and safety. In the end, I wouldn't suggest using this service to others because the delivery might not be reliable and you could lose your stuff.
