Incorrect Size Shoes
Hey there,
So, I goofed up and ordered the wrong size for the shoes I wanted. When I tried to return them and get the right size, turns out they were all out of stock. Bummer, right? But listen, this guy named Hossam totally saved the day with his amazing customer service skills. He was super quick to reply and let me know I'd be getting a full refund in 7-14 days.
Originally, I was planning on sending the shoes back, but Hossam suggested donating them to charity instead. What a great idea! I really appreciate the support and service I got throughout this whole situation. Such a good experience overall.Refund process
I had to ask for a refund for two things that didn't work out for me lately. It was a bit of a hassle because I had to send them back to the US from the UK, which ended up costing a lot for postage. But, I do appreciate that the brand gave back most of the money from the sale and let me keep the items to give to a pal or donate to charity. The customer service and communication from the brand have been top-notch during this whole thing, and now I'm just looking forward to getting my refund in the next few weeks.
Prom dress purchase
OMG, I was totally freaking out about ordering from this place since I had a rough time with another site like it. But, the dresses arrived crazy fast and are gonna be perfect for my BFF's prom. The customer service was amazing, even though I heard some folks had problems, but personally, I was super satisfied with everything - the dress, the prices, and the service. I mean, if I had to return it, maybe it wouldn't have been as simple??
swim trunks
I got these really awesome swim trunks, eh! But when they arrived, they were way too small for me. So, I thought I'd send them back, but turns out you can't return swimsuits. Isn't that strange, eh? Luckily, I reached out to them, and after a bit of chatting back and forth, they ended up giving me a refund for the trunks. So, their customer service was great, but their return policy is a bit silly, eh.
Clothing items
I usually like shopping at this online store because they have affordable and stylish clothes. But my last order wasn't that great. When I got my package, I realized that one of the things I ordered was missing. I contacted customer service to let them know, but they weren't very helpful. Their response asking if the package had even made it to my place was not cool and didn't solve the problem. It was disappointing not to get the help I needed.
Teenage son's birthday clothing order
At first, I was a bit unsure because of some bad reviews, but I was actually really happy with how quickly my order arrived, the great quality of the products, and that the sizes were just right. I'm super happy with how everything turned out in the end!
