ServiceYOOX has been my favorite online shopping site for about a year now, and I've never been let down. From the time I order to when my stuff arrives, the service is always top-notch. The website is super easy to use, checking out is a breeze, and the tracking info they give me keeps me in the loop the whole time. Even when I had to return something, it was a piece of cake, and they processed my refund real quick.

ServiceI just bought some new shoes from this website, but when I tried to get more info from customer service, they had no idea what was happening. It was really frustrating talking to them because they didn't even know what they were selling. They gave me the wrong information about returning my order from Switzerland, and I was almost about to lose it all! It was a complete nightmare trying to sort everything out.
