Yamibuy - Reviews and experiences

So, I got this $100 gift card and I was so stoked to spend it, but it expired after only 3 months! That's not cool, right? I mean, where's the heads up on that? Apparently, there's some Federal Credit Card Act that says gift cards shouldn't expire for five years. What's the deal with that? I tried reaching out to Customer Service but they never got back to me. Honestly, I'm not impressed at all, eh?

I recently had an issue with Yamibuy because they didn't give me the $20 referral coupon they promised. I referred a friend who bought a lot of stuff, but Yamibuy said we couldn't get the reward because we have the same shipping address. I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years, spending a lot of money on their website. It's not fair that Yamibuy didn't mention any address or phone number restrictions for referrals on their website. I'm frustrated and disappointed with how Yamibuy is handling this situation.

As a new customer at Yami, I gotta say, I was so impressed by the awesome customer service and super fast shipment of my order. So, on Black Friday evening, I ordered six Japanese drug store beauty items and, surprise, surprise, they all landed on my doorstep on Sunday evening, just two days later. The online chat support was top-notch, and guess what? Shortly after making my order, I got this sweet welcome discount code email. When I wanted to use the discount, customer service jumped in and even gave me a refund for the difference in price. Talk about efficiency and professionalism, folks. I got that refund quick as a flash and all my items on the very same day. Compared to my usual online shopping experiences, Yami really knocked it out of the park. Normally, I get similar stuff from YesStyle in Hong Kong, but waiting 22 days for delivery can get real old, real fast. Yami's speedy delivery and killer customer service have won me over, that's for sure. You better believe I'll be coming back for more in the future.
