Returns & RefundsI recently bought some Asian beauty products from an online store and I have to say, I was really let down by the whole experience. First off, I tried to place my order a few times and every time it got cancelled for no good reason. It was such a pain and a waste of my time. Then, when they finally processed my order, they ended up giving me a refund for less money than I originally paid. It was so annoying and not very professional. I tried reaching out to customer service for some answers, but I didn't get any helpful response. Plus, I couldn't even attach any pictures or proof to back up what I was saying, which made it even harder to sort things out. All in all, I'd advise other folks to be cautious with this company and their shady business practices.
