Yamibuy - Reviews and experiences

I recently bought a skincare product from Yamibuy and unfortunately got a fake one. When I talked to customer support through live chat and showed them proof that the product was fake, the support person kept saying it was real. Even though I was clearly speaking in English, they kept responding in Chinese, which made it hard to fix the problem. Their lack of professionalism and unwillingness to admit they sold me a fake product was really disappointing. Instead of trying to solve the problem, the support person just said they would talk to the seller and ended the chat abruptly. Their attitude, rudeness, and trying to make me think I was wrong was not okay. It's concerning that a big platform like Yamibuy allows fake products to be sold, and they should be responsible for what happened.

I just bought a bunch of food and snacks online, eh? But man, was I ever let down. When I got my order, I realized one thing was missing and most of the stuff was expired. Like, what's up with that?! It's not cool or right. I totally urge you not to buy anything from this site cuz they're not reliable or ethical at all.
