Tracking stress, then relief
Tracking stress, then relief
TrackingI actually first spotted the XP-Pen on a colleague’s desk and thought, yeah I want that — so I ordered it on the 18th. The site promised shipping in 24–48 hours but nothing showed up, and I was, well, kind of stressed about it. I emailed support and got a message about order systems being down and that my case was forwarded. Not great, not terrible — I was nervy because it’s not cheap. The moment I knew I was okay was when the sales rep finally replied with a proper tracking number and the status flipped to shipped. That pause was annoying, but once I saw the tracking I relaxed and even told my coworker they were right to hype it. Looking forward to trying it out.
